🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition; end-to-end GTM hiring across markets; 1y agency.
• Adtech/Martech/SaaS hyper-growth experience desirable.
• Can-do; cross-functional collaboration and working across time zones.
• Direct search methods; recruitment best practices.
• Proficiency with Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; Europe recruitment knowledge.
• Fluent English (C1+); Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
