Talent Acquisition Partner (GTM)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools, from role intake through offer and close
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, search strategy, and
• Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, creative sourcing techniques, and
• Develop a network of enterprise sales talent through proactive pipelining and ongoing engagement
• Run outbound-heavy searches for enterprise AEs, SEs, CSMs, and GTM roles
• Partner with Sales leadership to understand the ideal candidate profile, success profile, quota

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years hiring sales/GTM roles at a SaaS
• A passion for creative sourcing and relationship-building, with demonstrated success engaging and
• Experience contributing to hiring processes that assess the quality and suitability of sales talent
• Interest and flexibility to support hiring beyond the sales remit when needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
