📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for FDE/FDX roles across the US.
• Define role profiles, criteria, and sourcing strategy with hiring managers.
• Manage pipelines across multiple requisitions, ensuring candidate experience.
• Extend and negotiate offers aligned with comp philosophy.
• Build direct-sourcing pipelines via LinkedIn, GitHub, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain talent maps for FDE/FDX in FSI/HCLS verticals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced tech (AI/cloud/consulting).
• Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles (AI/ML engineers, architects, leaders).
• Demonstrates AI adoption; uses AI tools in recruiting workflow.
• Experience building talent communities: events, meetups, networks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; can partner with C-level.
• Hands-on with ATS and data-driven recruiting; highly organized.
