• Hiring Manager Consulting: support non-tech hiring in Deutschland/France/UK/USA teams, from job
• End-to-End Recruiting: manage entire process and ensure excellent candidate experience up to day one
• Operativer Fokus: drive daily recruiting activity; fill open roles quickly and with quality
• Personalauswahl: apply innovative selection techniques and define best practices for recruiting
• Sourcing-Strategie: develop role-specific strategies to attract top talent

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced, international environment
• Experience in filling non-tech profiles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success)
• Operative mindset with ability to manage high-volume vacancies
• Recruiting know-how, up-to-date trends and selection techniques
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and precise working style; proficiency in German and English (French a plus)
