🎯 Requirements

2-6 years in Talent Acquisition; agency + in-house.
Spanish and Catalan talent markets essential.
Tech/Support/Sales recruiting internationally; direct sourcing.
Tech & Data savvy; ATS and data-driven recruiting.
Matrix agility; cross-border recruitment experience.
EN/ES fluency; French or other European languages a plus.
