📋 Description

• Manage assigned full-cycle searches from intake and candidate sourcing through interviews, offer
• Recruit across functions and levels, with particular emphasis on ecommerce, marketplaces, growth
• Partner with hiring managers and People leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles
• Build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent
• Identify and engage passive candidates while developing long-term talent networks across onshore
• Conduct initial interviews and structured assessments, providing hiring teams with clear

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or
• Approximately 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage searches from intake and sourcing through offer
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, particularly within digital, ecommerce
• Strong passive-candidate sourcing capabilities, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn
• Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workable, Greenhouse, Pinpoint, Ashby, Lever

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $75,000–$95,000 USD, with actual compensation influenced by location
