📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution of physician and executive clinical recruitment initiatives
• Partner with senior leaders to attract exceptional clinical talent in competitive markets
• Advise executive leadership using market intelligence and talent insights to improve outcomes
• Develop proactive pipelines and influence hiring decisions across clinical leadership roles
• Coach and mentor TA team members to deliver best-in-class experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle recruitment experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of physician recruitment experience
• Prior agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage senior leadership expectations and deliver strong customer service
• Demonstrated success creating innovative sourcing and pipelining strategies
