📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities, from identifying and sourcing candidates through screening
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent through job boards, professional networks, social
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, including converting passive prospects into active
• Conduct structured initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, technical
• Coordinate the hiring process efficiently, ensuring candidates move smoothly through each stage of
• Support onboarding by coordinating required documentation, equipment arrangements, orientation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and pipeline
• Experience recruiting for technology, IT, technical support, or other specialized roles is highly
• Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, ATS solutions, sourcing tools, and
• A strong track record of proactively identifying candidates and converting passive prospects into
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to conduct professional interviews and
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
