• Lead full-cycle recruitment for strategic opportunities in London and Europe

• Partner with our cofounder and leadership on role design and hiring priorities

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from outreach through offer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting finance, front-office, or similar elite talent
• Familiarity with the London/European finance talent market
• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates
• Strong consultative partner mindset and ability to coach stakeholders
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches with urgency and quality
• Fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS systems (Ashby), and recruiting metrics
