🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle experience recruiting finance, front-office, or similar elite talent.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and convert passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong consultative partner mindset — you influence hiring strategy and coach stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent searches with high urgency and quality.
• Fluency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter), ATS systems (e.g., Ashby), and recruiting metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a polished presence for candidate and stakeholder interactions.
