📋 Description

• Own hiring for GTM roles across Singapore, Sydney and Japan
• Manage interview logistics across time zones, ensuring speed and precision
• Keep processes moving forward without bottlenecks or delays
• Align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and process improvements across regions
• Work closely with our leaders to shape hiring priorities as we expand our regional presence
• Establish and refine GTM recruiting best practices tailored to the APAC candidate market

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally for enterprise software, AI native or FS organisations
• Experience hiring in multiple territories in APAC including Japan
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles, candidates, and timelines simultaneously
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• High ownership and strong judgment - you proactively solve problems
