📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand hiring requirements, establish
• Develop comprehensive recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions, including
• Source qualified active and passive candidates through internal databases, job boards, professional
• Conduct candidate research, screening, interviews, and skills assessments to evaluate
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to support both immediate hiring needs and
• Manage the recruitment process through pre-employment requirements, applicant tracking, reference

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, talent acquisition, customer-facing, or related professional
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruiting activities, priorities, candidates, and
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with candidates, hiring
• Ability to conduct candidate research and evaluation while maintaining a professional and engaging
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate applicant records and confidential
