🎯 Requirements

• Extensive full-cycle recruitment experience for technical roles.
• Knowledge of tech stacks and market trends; advise Hiring Managers on market reality.
• Ability to design and conduct structured interview frameworks; train others.
• Advanced English for global collaboration; experience with Greenhouse (or similar ATS).
• Proactive interest in AI-driven recruitment tools and automation.
