Talent Acquisition Sourcer for Technology (Contract, Remote)

📋 Description

• Partner with Technology recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, team
• Build sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean/x-ray search
• Proactively identify, engage, and qualify passive candidates for roles ranging from individual
• Run initial outreach and screening conversations; assess technical background, motivations, and fit
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Contribute to market mapping, competitive intelligence, and diversity sourcing efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent on Technology /
• Strong Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and alternative-channel sourcing skills
• Experience sourcing in a fast-paced, high-volume environment such as financial services, PE/VC, or
• Excellent written outreach that is concise, personalized, and yields a high response rate
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting while staying tightly aligned with recruiters
• ATS proficiency (Greenhouse preferred) and solid data hygiene
