  • Build talent pools and ensure a top-tier candidate experience across regions.

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in scale-ups, SaaS, or fast-paced tech.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment across functions and seniority.
  • Strong sourcing techniques, Boolean strings, market insights, and proactive talent engagement.
  • Comfortable working in complex, scaling, and global environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and optimize accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
