📋 Description

• Identify and attract top SaaS/tech talent (15-month contract).
• Build proactive candidate pipelines and targeted outreach.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, offers.
• Write/post engaging job descriptions with the TA team.
• Ensure Greenhouse data integrity and timely updates.
• Hybrid role in Montreal, QC.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree.
• Languages: Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Technical: hands-on ATS experience; AI sourcing tools a plus.
• Industry: agency or fast-growing SaaS recruiting preferred.
• Core skills: pipeline building, creative outreach, candidate conversion.
