🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, esp. scale-ups, SaaS, or tech.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting across functions and seniority.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean strings, market insights, proactive engagement.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics.
• Nice to have: multi-region experience (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
