🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years end-to-end recruitment experience across multiple roles.
• Curious, adaptable, and able to manage 10-20+ open roles.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely with global stakeholders.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience building candidate experience and representing brand.
• Collaborative and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
