📋 Description

• Support recruitment efforts for AbbVie's manufacturing sites and the Commercial divisions, located
• Implement sourcing and talent strategies for both current and emerging roles spanning different
• Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced, high-volume environment required; 5+
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred, as well as Operations
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
• Must project a strong business presence and have the ability to instill confidence in clients and
• Must possess working knowledge in Puerto Rico and Federal Labor Laws.
