📋 Description

• Proactively source candidates for open requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and
• Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates across departments
• Reach out directly to passive candidates and screen inbound applicants
• Represent Moonshot's story to technical candidates
• Schedule and coordinate initial interviews and panel interviews with hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and adjust sourcing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle ownership
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, or manufacturing roles preferred
• Experience in high-volume or high-growth hiring environment preferred
• Proactive sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• ATS fluency; hands-on Greenhouse experience preferred
• Clear, confident communication
