📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions, including sourcing, screening
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri, ensuring timely and accurate
• Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accurate candidate tracking
• Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.
• Familiarity with interview design, assessment frameworks, and structured hiring processes.
