• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned hourly, early-career, and professional positions, from
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, refine job descriptions, develop
• Build candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, applications, employee referrals, professional
• Review resumes and conduct candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, motivation
• Prepare concise candidate summaries and recommendations that provide hiring managers with
• Present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple locations or states.
• Experience with Lever or a comparable Applicant Tracking System.
• Exposure to operational, technical, corporate, or early-career hiring.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics, reporting, employer branding, and pipeline-building
• Experience updating recruiting templates, workflows, process documentation, or candidate
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of
