• Develop robust talent pipelines across priority APAC markets.
• Provide market insights and reporting to inform strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years talent acquisition across India and APAC.
• Deep understanding APAC labor markets and hiring regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent English communication.
• 3+ years Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills: pipeline, market mapping, Boolean sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
