📋 Description

• Execute proactive direct sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Web3 communities
• Conduct initial resume screening and qualifications matching against role requirements.
• Reach out to prospective candidates with personalized messaging to drive engagement and response
• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate
• Maintain clean, real-time data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse).

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience (agency or in-house). Experience in tech
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and modern candidate engagement
• Prior experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and modern collaboration tools .
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for
