📋 Description

• Engage internal stakeholders on HR requests
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end
• Document recruitment per policies and values
• Source/attract candidates, manage posts; screen CVs and HR interviews
• Schedule technical and hiring manager interviews; collect ATS feedback
• Enhance candidate experience via feedback and analytics

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in social sciences, management or economics
• 2+ years experience in recruitment
• Experience with sourcing tools, HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaboration tools
• Creative, driven; able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced env
• Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Residing in Istanbul city center
