Talent Acquisition Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment cycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview plans for
• Source candidates proactively through various sourcing platforms, technical communities
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess background, motivation, notice period, and compensation
• Manage candidate communication and experience end to end.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a substantial share in technology or engineering
• Recent experience hiring engineers in cybersecurity, SaaS, or other technical product companies.
• Proven sourcing skills: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and technical
• Ability to understand and discuss technical profiles, tech stacks, and engineering career paths.
• Experience managing high-volume and niche requisitions concurrently.
• Working knowledge of the Indian hiring market, notice period norms, and candidate expectations.
