Talent Acquisition Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including postings, sourcing and interviewing
• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise best practices
• Drive diverse recruitment initiatives with P&O team, hiring managers and TA colleagues from other regions
• Participate in employer branding, career events and fairs for TOMRA as an employer of choice
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and fair handling throughout the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant bachelor or master's degree
• Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
• Knowledge of ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred) and test tools (AON preferred)
