Use SmartRecruiters, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and university channels to build pipelines.
Screen candidates, coordinate assessments, and manage interview processes.
Maintain candidate pipelines and reporting in SmartRecruiters.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
3–5 years in full-cycle recruitment (agency and in-house).
Experience hiring for Data, AI, Engineering, and consulting talent.
Familiar with ATS (SmartRecruiters) and recruitment analytics.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
