📋 Description

• Own the recruitment process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers and business
• Plan the skills needed now and in the future, and bring insight into the candidate market.
• Turn business plans in areas such as cloud, AI and cybersecurity into clear hiring priorities.
• Shape role profiles, screen candidates, and run structured, competency-based interviews and
• Handle salary negotiations and employment offers.
• Attend meetups, startup gatherings, career fairs and industry events to build relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing the full recruitment process for tech roles, ideally within IT or
• Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent Devoteam in sales meetings and with potential
• Understanding of the tech sector, including cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, as
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters or a similar recruitment system is useful.
