🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience or more managing the full recruitment process for tech roles, ideally
• Hands-on experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter
• Comfortable representing the company in sales meetings and speaking with potential hires
• Strong listening and questioning skills, ability to explain work and culture clearly
• Strong network in tech or startup community, or willingness to build one
• Understanding of tech sector including cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, as
