📋 Description

• Partner with business managers to understand hiring needs.
• Lead intake meetings to define role requirements.
• Write engaging job ads and publish through recruitment channels.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and platforms.
• Screen applications and conduct first-round interviews.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Consultancy experience in Finance, Risk, Data or Tech is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Dutch, French and English.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset; adaptable.
