• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles up to G7 level.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and People Partners on hiring strategies.
• Build diverse talent pipelines with innovative sourcing.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely feedback.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes.
• Ensure compliance and data accuracy in the ATS (Greenhouse).

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience in high-demand environments.
• Strong analytical skills to track, interpret, and report metrics.
• Ability to align budgets with candidate salary expectations.
• Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Fluency in English and German; French or Spanish optional.
