• Build pipelines across Europe, focusing on data centre engineers in Germany
• Develop proactive sourcing via direct search and referrals

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies
• Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and testing providers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, incl. 1+ year in-house
• End-to-end recruitment across engineering and corporate roles
• Strong sourcing capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management; coach hiring managers
• Passion for candidate experience; strong communication
• Analytical, organized; experience with ATS; English + another EU language
