📋 Description

• Identify, map, and engage high-quality candidates across international talent markets, including
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate discovery and outreach through
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs, develop
• Help implement and optimize an AI-first recruitment approach by leveraging AI agents, advanced
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international talent, developing candidate
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical aptitude, relevant experience, communication

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of professional recruitment experience, including a minimum of two years
• Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment, with an understanding of the pace
• Demonstrated experience sourcing and attracting talent across global markets, particularly major
• Ability to understand technical roles, assess relevant candidate experience, and develop effective
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and other recruitment tools
• Excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate confidently
