• Coordinate the recruitment pipeline; manage interview schedules and candidate comms.

• Optimize employer branding across social media and local activations.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to monitor early-career pipeline health.
• Maintain recruitment tools and databases to ensure data accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational background in HR, Business, or Sales; 1–2 year apprenticeship.
• First internship or project experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Native French with professional English proficiency.
• Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Lever or Greenhouse) and LinkedIn.
• High-energy, empathetic communicator who can pitch Malt’s vision.
