📋 Description

• Identify, map, and engage outstanding talent from leading technology companies and major talent
• Help develop and implement an AI-first recruitment approach using AI agents, specialized technical
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international talent pools to anticipate future
• Manage the entire candidate journey, from initial outreach and discovery calls through interviews
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, communication skills, and
• Experiment with AI-powered recruitment tools and sourcing strategies to improve hiring efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years focused on technology
• Previous experience working in a startup or scale-up environment, ideally in a fast-paced, evolving
• Demonstrated global sourcing experience, with the ability to attract talent from major technology
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Full professional fluency in English, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and
• A goal-oriented, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to balance
