• Own end-to-end recruiting for infrastructure roles
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate relationships

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding
• Engage with hiring managers to define search strategies
• Provide market insights throughout the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years recruiting technical professionals
• 5+ years in infrastructure recruiting (aviation, transportation, surveying, water, energy)
• Experience managing technical sourcing and TA initiatives
• Strong knowledge of employment trends and hiring regulations
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top candidates
• Experience with ATS and MS Office tools
