Talent Acquisition Specialist / Internal Recruiter (13-Month Fixed-Term Contract — Maternity Cover)

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance
• Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and other channels
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and report on recruitment metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently
• Strong direct sourcing skills for passive candidates
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions
• Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
