🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of core hands-on experience in IT/Technical recruitment within a fast-paced Internet
• Demonstrated track record of closing niche and complex engineering roles (e.g., Java
• Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, engineering designations, and technical skill
• Excellent candidate assessment, stakeholder management, and salary negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting within product-based tech companies or fast-scaling fintech startups.
