🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience covering the full revenue cycle
• Strong working knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, reimbursement rules, and claim
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess candidates' practical experience
• Confidence conducting live screening calls
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
