📋 Description

• Manage the candidate evaluation process from sourcing through hiring coordination, applying medical
• Source and build talent pipelines of qualified medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Conduct technical screening of resumes for full-cycle billing experience, payer knowledge, EMR
• Assess billing proficiency through screening calls evaluating claim workflows, EOBs, denial
• Evaluate candidate readiness by administering and scoring role-specific skills assessments.
• Recommend qualified candidates with clear, evidence-based written evaluations.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience covering the full revenue cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, reimbursement rules, and common
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess candidates' practical experience.
• Confidence conducting live screening calls and evaluating candidates against role-specific
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
