📋 Description

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) candidates
• Write and update job postings reflecting partner practices' requirements and track candidate
• Conduct technical screening reviewing resumes for full-cycle billing experience, payer knowledge
• Lead screening calls to evaluate candidates' understanding of claim workflows, EOBs, denial
• Administer and score role-specific skills assessments using established call guides and scoring
• Recommend qualified candidates with clear, evidence-based written evaluations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience covering the full revenue cycle including
• Strong working knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, reimbursement rules, and common
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess candidates' genuine practical experience
• Confidence conducting live screening calls and evaluating candidates against technical requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
