📋 Description

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) candidates
• Conduct technical screening of resumes for full-cycle billing experience, payer knowledge, EMR
• Lead screening calls to assess candidates' understanding of claim workflows, EOBs, denial reasons
• Administer and score role-specific skills assessments using established call guides and scoring
• Provide clear, evidence-based written evaluations highlighting candidates' strengths, development
• Match candidates to partner needs by understanding each practice's billing workflows, payer mix

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience covering the full revenue cycle
• Strong working knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, reimbursement rules, and common
• Ability to explain billing workflows clearly and assess candidates' practical experience
• Confidence conducting live screening calls and evaluating candidates against technical requirements
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
