🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in recruitment
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end vacancies
• Strong communication; ability to challenge hiring managers
• Affinity with factory/operations context
• Proactive, pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset
• Fluent Dutch required and good English
