🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in hourly/onsite roles.
• Stable professional history with strong hiring partnerships.
• Track record of delivering qualified, reliable candidates.
• Strong sourcing skills beyond inbound applicants.
• Excellent screening judgment, attention to detail, and communication.
• Comfortable with ATS, job boards, and recruiting tools.
