Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcing & Talent Intelligence (Bulgaria)

📋 Description

• Own the top of the funnel: proactively source and build pipelines for technical and non-technical
• Use various techniques for LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, job boards, x-ray searches
• Support initial screening conversations to understand skills, experience, motivations, and
• Partner with Recruiters and the Sourcing Lead to share insights on talent availability, role
• Explore, recommend, and use AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, talent discovery, outreach
• Track sourcing activity, response rates, and pipeline health; share insights with the team and help

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in sourcing or top-of-funnel recruiting (agency or tech environment preferred)
• Strong curiosity and a mindset geared toward learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing techniques, or a strong
• Interest in AI tools and data-driven sourcing approaches (hands-on experience is a bonus, not a
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an engaging, human outreach style
• Ability to stay organized, manage multiple pipelines, and keep ATS data clean
