5-7 years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in technical roles (Engineering, Product, Data)
Proven track record in fast-paced tech environments or high-growth scale-ups
Full lifecycle recruitment including complex offer negotiations and stakeholder management
Agency and in-house recruitment experience
Hands-on with ATS and sourcing tools
Experience hiring across geographies (Nigeria, UK, India) in fintech
