• Hire Backend, Frontend, Java, React Native, DevOps, QA, leaders.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking.
• Run structured interviews and contribute to technical assessments.
• Manage recruitment activity in Ashby; smooth candidate journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in in-house or agency tech recruitment.
• Deep sourcing to engage passive candidates.
• Stakeholder management with senior hiring managers.
• Juggle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced env.
• Strong interviewing; go beyond the CV.
• ATS experience; Ashby experience is a plus.
