• Hire for Backend, Frontend, Java (Payments), React Native, DevOps, QA, and leadership.
• Build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies; engage passive candidates.
• Run structured, competency-based interviews with the hiring team.
• Manage recruitment activity in Ashby with smooth candidate journeys.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in in-house or agency technical recruitment across software engineering.
• Deep sourcing capability; identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.
• Confident stakeholder management; partner with senior hiring managers.
• Able to juggle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills beyond the CV.
• Hands-on with a modern ATS; Ashby experience is a plus.
