Talent Acquisition & Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery for hiring in India, ensuring alignment
• Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers in India to understand workforce planning
• Develop and execute scalable recruitment strategies for India and for the India-based recruiting
• Manage and mentor the India-based recruiting team, ensuring appropriate capacity, productivity
• Partner with recruiting stakeholders across the US, Canada, Europe, and other regions to understand
• Own recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting, including Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Current designation should be Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or equivalent, with
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and talent-market trends, with
• Demonstrated experience leading recruitment in India, with experience supporting or managing
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on expertise with Greenhouse (GH ATS), including requisition management
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
